There are nearly 600 songs in Alice's music library, pulling out the best in adult alternative music from the early 80's, into the 90's and right up to today. This will help us target right at the 18-49 year old listener. We will be able to keep the target younger by not including many songs from the 70's.
What is Adult Alternative
Adult Album Alternative (also known as Triple-A, AAA or Adult Alternative) is a radio format with a broader, more diverse playlist than most other formats and tends to appeal more to adults than teenagers. Adult Alternative stations tend to attract a few more females than males due to the stations being positioned as laid back and comfortable.
Adult Alternative musical selection tends to be on the fringe of mainstream popular music and rock music as well as many other music generes such as alternative rock, alternative country, jazz, folk, world music and blues. The musical selections tend to shy away from hard rock and rap music.
