CONTEMPORARY FAVORITES...
Today’s Lite Rock 98-7 plays music from the 80’s, 90’s and Now for 25-54 year olds from artists like Madonna, Journey, Bryan Adams, Phil Collins, Prince, Hall & Oates, Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry, Colbie Calliat and more! This format is best known for drawing an adult audience with a higher level of income that makes frequent buying decisions; whether it be a new car, groceries, baby clothes or appliances.

We look at it this way . . . If Oprah had a radio station, what would it sound like? The answer is simple . . . Today’s Lite Rock 98-7!

NUMBER ONE FOR AT WORK LISTENING...
WNNS has focused on building the overall audience by being the top choice in offices in the Springfield area. We accomplish this through a safer style of programming (see below) and through promotions like “Take Lite Rock 98-7 to Work” where people register as WNNS listeners; we draw a name on Thursdays, go to their place of work and if they have WNNS on their radio - we give them $98.70!

SAFE THROUGHOUT THE WORK DAY...
Some stations like to take it to the edge, but is that best when you’re listening to the radio with your family? Especially your kids? What about when people listen to the radio at work? Rest assured, WNNS takes the safe angle concerning programming. Does it make us boring? No. But, it’s the type of station everyone can listen to. A definite yes!

THE AMY & BRYAN SHOW…
Amy & Bryan—weekday mornings Monday-Friday 5a-10a on Lite Rock 98-7 WNNS! They are rapidly becoming Springfield’s #1 choice in the morning! Amy Nelson and Bryan Major wake up Central Illinois each weekday with fun features like “Page 2 News,” “Friday Fashion Forecast,” “Hollywood Gossip,” “Test a Product Thursday” and TONS of contests such as chances to win Lottery Tickets, the Birthday Club...oh, and did we mention that the show is family-friendly? NO blue humor, and NO reasons for the listener to reach for the button to change the station when the kids are in the car.

THE ALL REQUEST CAFÉ…
Weekdays Noon-1pm, AJ Madison brings you the All Request Café. AJ has been on the air in Springfield for the past 10 years, and she brings her stories of family fun to the airwaves during the workday—keeping you company with your request during the lunch hour.

DELILAH...
WNNS is the home for Delilah. Delilah invites listeners to share their stories of love, life, friendship, perseverance and so much more . . . she then plays a song pertinent to the listener’s story, or plays the listener’s request for a certain song that exemplifies the importance and emotion of their story. A truly inspiring program; Monday-Friday, 7p-Mid.

SATURDAY NIGHT @ THE 70’S AND TOTALLY 80’S SUNDAY…
Every Saturday, 7pm-Midnight, WNNS goes back in time with the authentic sound of top 40 radio from the 1970’s. All of your favorites from the Pop, Rock and Disco genres from the decade that brought us Mood rings, Sanford and Son and the Village People!

Then, on Sundays, it’s a trip back to the ME decade—the 1980’s!
